Set boundaries, parent differently, live fulfilled

Workshops, keynotes, and motivational speaking for Latinas in corporate or entrepreneurship

As seen in:

There’s a turning point that happens in the room when I speak.

I unzip the emotional junk drawer full of things we were raised to keep quiet about.

Because that’s the point. We weren’t given the language for this.

We were given silence, the role of holding it all together, and a chancletazo. IYKYK🩴

The chancla isn’t just a sandal in Latino culture. It’s a representation of expectations. A reminder that if you break the mold, there will be consequences.

So we follow the blueprint to keep it safe.

Through my work, women realize they are following the many unspoken (and very loudly spoken) rules about who they are supposed to be. As a daughter. As a wife. As a mom.

There comes a point where they feel it. They know it’s time to redefine what success looks like.

Not what they were told they should be. Not what their degree and college debt tell them they are.

But a deep desire to live as the version of themselves that got dimmed by being the strong one, the leader, the one no one had to worry about.

My story is about the invisible patterns we inherit, the roles we outgrow, and what it actually looks like to break cycles while raising kids and growing a business.

I help audiences realize how much of their life has been shaped by expectations they never thought to question.

Beyond Breaking Cycles

My signature L.I.F.E. framework that guides you in releasing guilt and old roles that no longer fit, without cutting people off or burning it all down.

Detox Your Mama’s Blocks

It’s never truly YOU that’s stopping yourself from just showing up and doing the thing. Pinpoint and release inherited beliefs, discover which of the three Mama Archetypes you grew up with, and detox those old cycles.

Rest Anyway

Stop living like everything is urgent. You’ll create simple structures that reduce last-minute chaos and emotional pressure, and learn how to be present without the lingering guilt of feeling behind.

Break Cycles, Not Chanclas

Break Cycles, Not Chanclas was created for the ones who cry in the car…then pull up to the baby shower with a smile.

They Venmo their cousin for the quince centerpieces, even though they weren’t invited.

They text “on my way!”, while sitting in silence for five more minutes in the driveway, building mental stamina to socialize.

This is for the ones who get labeled “too much,” “too quiet,” “too American,” “too different.”

They get asked “when are you going to ((insert life milestone they're pressuring you into))” at every family party…

But they have practiced enough regulation to not lose it on the Tías— you know the ones!

They hold boundaries with a racing heart and a knot in their stomach, and do it anyway.

They’re not too sensitive. They’re just the first one brave enough to feel it all.

Breaking cycles isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about reclaiming who you’ve always been, underneath the pressure, the expectations, the survival mode and autopilot.

  • Interactive sessions that go deeper into topics like boundaries, burnout prevention, communication, and navigating cultural and family expectations. These are ideal for teams, leadership groups, and professional development programs.

  • Customized keynotes for youth programs. These sessions focus on identity, confidence, communication, and navigating boundaries while facing peer pressure.

  • A structured series of workshops designed for organizations or community groups that want ongoing development rather than a one-time event. This format allows participants to build skills over time and apply what they learn between sessions.

  • Talks and workshops designed specifically for first-generation employees navigating workplace dynamics, ambition, family expectations, and identity. These sessions support retention, well-being, and leadership development

  • Specialized sessions for employee resource groups, including Latina, multicultural, women’s, and first-generation affinity groups. These talks create space for shared experiences and practical tools for navigating work and life.

  • For conferences and large events, you can add short, private coaching sessions (for example, 15-minute mini-sessions) for attendees. This provides a high-impact, personalized experience alongside your keynote or workshop.

The way Tiffany wove together personal story, faith, and practical insight made it both relatable and deeply impactful for our audience.

I’m so glad Tiffany was a part of the All Things Women Summit. Her session brought a powerful and much-needed perspective on breaking generational cycles, especially for high-achieving first-generation women.

It was an absolute pleasure working with her. She was professional, thoughtful, and fully aligned with the heart of the event.

I would absolutely recommend her as a speaker for other platforms and look forward to future opportunities to collaborate and serve together.

— Dr. Alicia Newsome, All Things Women

Latinas get to redefine success, even if it makes people uncomfortable.

Especially if it does.
